Anyw, today's training is tedious. But okay luhhs.
Warm up , 2 rounds of track cos got haze.
then did 3.6km running
= 9 rounds of track.
quite okay.
Never stop. but tempt to stop.
On th way, Lye jun , dylan, mag and chenyun and some other guys
called me to stop.
then i nvr reply. i just keep running.
ran finish, i felt that i was evaporating .
Hahas.
Then did 4 rounds of striding on track.
quite tiring, tempt to stop.
but thanks to the senior,
they encouraged me to run.
and greatly thanks to chenyun,
for being so concern,

The seniors said pretending got tiger chasing us.
Then we run like shit. LOL . :D that was real funny.

Bus-ed home with Tengyi, Mag, Chenyun , Lyejun, Jeremy ( 1 stop only) and two other guys.
